Creative Associate

who can bring fresh energy to our creative campaigns and help us deliver engaging, high-impact content across all formats and platforms.

Job Role:

As a Creative Associate, you will support our content and media team in all stages of creative development - from ideation to post-production. You'll help shape THiNC's brand voice across digital platforms, assist with shoots, develop visual concepts, and ensure consistent, high-quality creative output that transforms educational content into compelling stories. This role is perfect for a creative professional who wants to make a meaningful impact in education while building an impressive portfolio of work.

Collaborate with content strategists, video presenters, and social media managers to develop

original creative ideas

for campaigns, social media content, videos, and digital storytelling initiatives Work closely with

editors, designers, and animators

to ensure delivery of high-quality final content that aligns with THiNC's educational mission

Research and analyze creative trends

in education marketing, Gen-Z content preferences, and design industry communications

Coordinate with cross-functional teams

including admissions, academics, and Ensure

consistent brand messaging, aesthetics, and tone of voice

across all creative work, from social media posts to major campaign launches operations to ensure content accuracy and relevance

Assist in basic video editing, motion graphics creation, or graphic design

using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools
Skills & Qualification:

1-2+ years

of experience in a creative, media, or content-driven role (internships and freelance work included)

Strong storytelling sense

, visual thinking, and natural eye for design composition and brand consistency

Proficiency in creative tools

such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, Figma, or equivalent software

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

in both Malayalam and English for diverse content creation

Comfortable working on set

and managing the dynamic environment of video/photo shoots with students and faculty

Portfolio showcasing creative work

across multiple formats including videos, social media campaigns, graphics, reels, print materials, etc.

Detail-oriented approach

with ability to maintain quality standards under tight deadlines
