Creative Associate Director

A senior creative leader responsible for guiding the strategic vision and execution of creative projects. Collaborates across departments to ensure brand consistency, innovation, and high-impact storytelling across all media. Supports the Creative Director and leads teams to deliver compelling campaigns that meet business goals.

Roles and Responsibilities

Creative Strategy & Vision

: Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute creative strategies aligned with brand and business goals. Translate briefs into innovative, compelling concepts and campaigns.

Team Leadership

: Lead, mentor, and inspire creative teams (designers, copywriters, art directors, etc.) to deliver high-quality work. Provide clear direction and constructive feedback throughout the creative process.

Project Oversight

: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, creative excellence, and budget compliance. Oversee end-to-end creative development--from ideation to final production.

Brand Stewardship

: Ensure all creative output is consistent with brand guidelines, voice, and visual identity. Advocate for the brand across all touchpoints, maintaining coherence and impact.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

: Partner with marketing, product, digital, and sales teams to align creative efforts with campaign objectives and KPIs. Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and production houses as needed.

Innovation & Trend Awareness

: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations. Bring fresh ideas and forward-thinking approaches to creative problem-solving.

Client & Stakeholder Communication

: Present concepts and creative rationale to clients and internal stakeholders. Adapt and revise creative work based on feedback while maintaining quality and integrity.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
