Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in art or design, or equivalent combination of education and experience
3+ years in the advertising, marketing, and/or publishing field creating brand identity, print, Internet, video, and broadcast campaigns
Knowledge of design and video production techniques
Key Objectives:
To develop and deliver projects identified with or by the Creative Director.
To work closely with the Creative Director to generate and concept and ideas for various video requirement especially 3D animated videos.
To enhance the literary approach supporting the Creative Director in new writer and new work development through the nurturing of ideas from sources around the world.
To produce small scale creative in such a way that the artists, production team, the schedule and the audience are all seamlessly and productively inter-connected.
To think analytically and speak persuasively about the concept, visualization done for the project.
To be an active member of the team, working closely with other stakeholders enhancing the creative approach of the organization.
Develop relationships with writers and other creatives, in conjunction with Producers where appropriate.
