we're looking for a dynamic creative mind to work closely with our Founder and support her across branding, fashion-driven creative ideation and aesthetic-led projects.
Role Overview
This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes design, culture, fashion and trends.
You will work directly with the Founder in Mumbai, assisting her in day-to-day creative tasks, brand development activities, content ideas, research and visual direction.
This is a unique opportunity to learn closely from leadership and gain hands-on experience across multiple creative verticals.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Founder in daily creative tasks and brand-related initiatives.
Support in developing visual concepts for brand communication, digital campaigns and presentations.
Conduct trend research across fashion, lifestyle, culture and digital design.
Maintain a strong pulse on market trends, emerging aesthetics and new-age content ideas.
Help curate mood boards, brand guidelines, creative references and visual storytelling assets.
Work with cross-functional teams (design, content, strategy) where needed.
Assist in planning and coordinating photoshoots, content creation activities and styling references (if required).
Provide administrative and creative support for founder-led projects.
Requirements
Strong aesthetic sense and passion for design, fashion and branding.
Keen understanding of trends across fashion, lifestyle, culture and digital media.
Creative thinking with the ability to ideate and visually express concepts.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to adapt, learn quickly and work closely with leadership.
Freshers or final-year students from design, fashion, media, communication, or related backgrounds are welcome

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
