EuroFinance, an Economist Group business, is the leading global provider of conferences, training and research on cash management, treasury and risk. We provide a platform for treasurers and CFOs from the world\xe2\x80\x99s leading companies to exchange innovative strategies, best practice and expert opinion \xe2\x80\x93 either face-to-face or online.

We are looking for a Creative Artworker to support the creative team creating a variety of branded promotional literature including but not limited to brochures, whitepapers, web banners, print adverts, etc. Working closely with the senior design team the creative artworker will follow and adapt the brand guidelines to different materials preparing layouts and ensuring all artwork is delivered on time.

As a naturally artistic person, they will be chosen for their attention to typographic detail and fastidious nature. The ability to demonstrate immaculate typography is key part of the role, showing a comprehensive understanding of lettering, spacing, page composition and visual information design.

Accountabilities

How you will contribute:

• Artwork creation: Brochures, adverts, flyers, video\xe2\x80\x99s, social media cards, e-shots and other marketing collateral where necessary.
• Create or resize layouts, format text accordingly and prepare print-ready/web-ready artwork
• Create clear and compelling artwork of the highest standard, working to brand guidelines
• Develop striking conceptual ideas for the artworks of our events
• Design all the artwork for events such as signage, slideshows, handouts and video animation.
• Create print ready and digital artwork for use by various departments.
• Work on a variety of different projects covering typography, retouching designs, layouts and illustrations.
• Artwork alterations following prescribing Information updates
• Develop concepts and executing on multiple projects in a timely manner
• Construct Artwork master templates for use throughout the organisation.
• Update existing sales collateral and documents
• Work with the senior designer to create clear and compelling infographics, icons and charts
• Liaise with print production companies and take ownership of logistics to meet deadlines
• Utilise knowledge of design, innovative thinking and cultural trends to guide solutions
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
• Fully understand briefs and be able to produce creative ideas
• Able to deliver high-quality work, in compliance with established procedures and/or protocols, within tight deadlines
• Advise and deliver on new and innovative communication strategies, and technological advancements in design creation and implementation
• Work to short deadlines and fast turnaround times
• Work to a brief, within the constraints of budgets and deadlines

• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
• A meticulous eye for typesetting and keen instincts for visual communication
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Strong verbal and written communication, organisation and progress reporting skills to ensure projects run smoothly
• Collaborative skills to work closely with colleagues from various departments within EuroFinance
• Outstanding time management and ability to work within tight deadlines
• An ability to work well under pressure and on a number of projects at any time
• To be detail oriented, self-motivated, and proactive
• Flexible, adaptive with a can-do attitude
• Excellent attention to detail
• 3+ years\' experience in a similar role, ideally in the events industry
