About the Internship Program - Creative Growth Sprint

The

Creative Artist Internship (Industrial Training Program)

is designed for

creative female freshers and college students

who want

hands-on industrial experience

in marketing design and brand communication.

Interns will work on

live marketing requirements

, creating real creatives used in ongoing campaigns -- not dummy or practice work.

Only freshers / college students

Pursuing or recently completed: BBA / MBA BCA Design / Media / Marketing-related courses Any graduate with strong creative skills Must have

valid, hands-on creative knowledge

Role & Responsibilities

As a

Creative Artist Intern

, you will:

Create marketing creatives such as: Flyers & posters Deal & offer creatives Social media designs Reference & branding materials Work on

live marketing and EdTech campaigns

Convert data, offers, and ideas into engaging visual creatives Support marketing and sales teams with creative assets Maintain brand consistency and quality standards Handle multiple creative tasks with timelines Assist in preparing creatives for digital and institutional promotions

Required Skills & Tools

Strong

creativity and visual sense

Hands-on experience with tools like: Canva Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator (preferred) Any equivalent design tools Understanding of: Marketing creatives Promotional design Branding basics Ability to convert concepts, deals, and data into visual communication Willingness to learn, improve, and accept feedback
