Creative Animation + Video Production Artist (AI & 3D Focus)

About the Role

We're looking for a versatile

Creative Producer

with strong skills in

3D animation

,

video storytelling

, and

AI-powered design tools

. You'll bring characters and ideas to life through visual narratives, combining traditional motion design with emerging tech.

Key Responsibilities

Produce animated and video content from concept to final delivery Design, model, rig, and animate

3D characters and environments

Use AI and creative tools (e.g. Runway, Pika, Sora, Midjourney, Blender) to accelerate production Create storyboards, animatics, and visual treatments to shape and sell ideas Build and manage libraries of reusable 3D and motion assets Ensure consistency in style and storytelling across formats and platforms Collaborate with internal (oversee) teams to align creative direction with brand and product goals

Requirements

3-5+ years of experience in animation, motion design, or video production Strong portfolio showcasing

3D animation

, character work, and short-form storytelling Proficiency in

Blender

,

Cinema 4D

,

Maya

,

3ds Max

, or

ZBrush

Experience with AI creative tools (Runway, Pika, D-ID, Midjourney, etc.) Skilled in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Figma Strong understanding of design, motion timing, pacing, and visual rhythm Bonus: experience with facial animation, character design, or real-time engines like

You Are
