Role Purpose
The Creative and Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for producing high-quality, accurate, and on-brand creative assets to support the firm's marketing, career guidance, and employability initiatives.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role, with a strong emphasis on branded asset creation such as presentations, workbooks, handouts, videos, and digital campaign creatives. The role also supports digital campaigns, funnels, and workflows, with progressive exposure to performance marketing under guidance.
The successful candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and confident working independently, taking full ownership of quality and accuracy before anything is published.
Job Specification
1. Branded Asset Creation & Creative Execution
Create, format, and maintain high-quality branded assets, including:
PowerPoint presentations
Handouts and workbooks
PDFs and downloadable resources
Campaign decks and internal marketing materials
Ensure all assets strictly follow brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual standards
Take full ownership of layout, grammar, accuracy, and consistency
Independently proofread and quality-check all work prior to sharing or publishing
Handle high volumes of business-critical creative work with consistency and care
Continuously improve asset quality based on feedback and evolving needs
2. Video Creation, Editing & Promotional Content
Create and edit promotional and explainer videos for campaigns, social media, and landing pages
Support basic scripting, storyboarding, and visual planning
Edit videos using professional tools, ensuring clean cuts, pacing, and platform-appropriate formats
Produce both short-form and long-form video content aligned to campaign objectives
Use AI tools where appropriate to support productivity, without over-reliance
Ensure all video content is professional and suitable for publishing under the firm's brand
3. Digital Campaign & Social Media Creative
Design and adapt creative assets for:
Social media posts and carousels
Paid advertising creatives
Email and landing page visuals
Work from campaign briefs to deliver clear, engaging, and conversion-focused creatives
Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to refine assets based on feedback and performance
Maintain consistency across platforms while adapting formats where required
4. Funnels, Workflows & Marketing Systems Support
Support the setup and improvement of digital funnels and workflows
Assist with marketing platforms and systems (e.g. GHL, Clio or similar tools)
Ensure creative assets are correctly integrated into emails, workflows, and landing pages
Gradually take on more responsibility as familiarity with systems increases
5. Performance Marketing Exposure
Support paid and organic campaigns across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, and Google
Assist with creative testing, asset variations, and campaign execution tasks
Monitor creative-level performance indicators such as engagement and click-through rates
Learn and apply performance marketing principles progressively
Contribute ideas based on creative and campaign outcomes
6. Accuracy, Quality Control & Brand Protection
Ensure all published content is accurate, error-free, and professionally presented
Maintain a high standard of written English across all materials
Treat attention to detail as non-negotiable
Proactively flag risks, inconsistencies, or issues before content goes live
7. Collaboration & Ongoing Support
Work closely with marketing leadership and internal teams
Take ownership of tasks from creation through final refinement
Support additional marketing responsibilities as business needs evolve
Person SpecificationExperience
Proven experience in creative and digital marketing roles
Demonstrable experience producing branded assets such as presentations, documents, and campaign materials
Experience supporting digital campaigns or content-led marketing initiatives
Experience within education, employability, recruitment, or LMS-based organisations is a strong advantage
Technical & Creative Skills
Strong PowerPoint and document design skills
Video creation and editing using professional tools
Experience creating digital and social media assets
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and workflows
Comfortable using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
Exposure to automation, funnels, or performance marketing tools is desirable
