Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist walk-in customers and attend incoming calls.
Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.
Coordinate with the sales and service teams for customer follow-ups.
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and resolve issues effectively.
Update and maintain customer data in CRM systems.
Follow up with customers for test rides, vehicle delivery, and post-service feedback.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
Ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to overall dealership growth.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM software).
Good presentation and coordination skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
