Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist customers at the service desk Create job cards and explain service details Coordinate with service advisors and technicians Follow up with customers post-service for feedback Manage customer complaints and resolve queries Maintain service records and CRM database Promote AMC, insurance renewal, and service offers

Skills Required:

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, DMS preferred) Customer-first attitude Ability to handle pressure with a smile Hindi & English speaking (regional language a plus)
