The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring high customer satisfaction, handling follow-ups, and maintaining long-term relationships with customers for both sales and service operations at Pride Motors.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to sales and service.
Follow up with customers for test drives, bookings, service appointments, and feedback.
Maintain and update customer data in CRM/DMS systems accurately.
Coordinate with sales consultants and service advisors for customer requirements.
Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to concerned departments for quick resolution.
Conduct post-service and post-delivery feedback calls.
Remind customers about service due dates, insurance renewals, and AMC packages.
Ensure customer satisfaction and promote repeat business.
Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports related to customer interactions.
Support customer retention and loyalty initiatives.
Required Skills & Competencies
Good communication skills (English & Telugu/Hindi preferred)
Customer handling and problem-solving skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM/DMS)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Polite, patient, and customer-focused attitude
Qualification
Graduation / Intermediate / Any Degree
Experience:
0-2 years
experience in CRM / Customer Support / Call Handling
Automobile dealership experience preferred (but not mandatory)
