We are looking for a smart, confident, and customer-focused
Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)
to join our jewellery showroom team. The role involves providing excellent service to customers, maintaining relationships, and ensuring a smooth buying experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism.
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable jewellery products.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and service-related issues politely and efficiently.
Coordinate with sales and billing departments for smooth operations.
Follow up with customers for repeat business and special occasions.
Maintain customer data and ensure regular engagement through calls or messages.
Ensure the showroom is well-presented and merchandise is displayed properly.
Support marketing or promotional activities as required.
Skills & Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality and customer-oriented approach.
Basic knowledge of jewellery, gold, diamonds, or gemstones preferred.
Good computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM tools).
Ability to handle customers with patience and professionalism.
Fluency in English, Hindi, and local language preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
