Job Description

The CRE is responsible for handling customer interactions at the service reception, ensuring smooth service operations, maintaining customer satisfaction, and coordinating between customers and the workshop team.

Key Responsibilities1. Customer Handling

Welcome customers at the service reception. Understand customer complaints and note down job card details accurately. Explain service packages, labour charges, and offers. Provide estimated delivery time to customers.

2. Job Card Preparation

Create job cards with correct vehicle details, customer requests, and service category. Ensure proper documentation for insurance, warranty, free service, and paid service.

3. Service Follow-up & Coordination

Coordinate with floor in-charge and technicians to monitor vehicle repair status. Update customers about any additional work needed with proper approval. Ensure timely delivery of vehicles.

4. Customer Communication

Call customers for vehicle ready intimation. Follow up on delay cases and communicate clearly to avoid complaints. Handle customer queries and provide solutions politely.

5. Customer Satisfaction

Ensure the customer receives a clean, well-serviced vehicle. Collect customer feedback and explain the post-service process. Resolve minor complaints immediately; escalate major issues to the Service Manager.

Skills Required

Good communication in Tamil & basic English. Strong customer-handling skills. Knowledge of two-wheeler service operations. Computer skills (DMS usage preferred). Ability to manage pressure during peak hours.

Qualifications

Any degree / Diploma. Experience: 1-3 years in automobile service (preferred). Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
