Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to be the first point of contact for our valued customers. The CRE will be responsible for ensuring a positive and efficient service experience, building strong customer relationships, and effectively managing customer interactions from initial inquiry to vehicle handover. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, along with a passion for customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:



- Customer Reception and Interaction

- Service Coordination

- Customer Follow-up and Relationship Management

- Problem Solving and Complaint Handling

- Workshop Presentation and Administration

Qualifications and Skills:



Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive or service industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Tamil and English (knowledge of other local languages is a plus). Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Ability to listen actively and empathize with customer concerns. Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Good organizational and time management abilities.

Pay: From ?12,000.00 per month
