To ensure customer satisfaction, handle customer queries/complaints, and support service retention by building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and interact with customers visiting the service center.
Handle inbound/outbound calls for service reminders, feedback, and follow-ups.
Explain service offers, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract), insurance renewals, etc.
Resolve customer complaints promptly and escalate when required.
Maintain customer records and update service history in the system.
Work with the service team to ensure smooth customer handling.
Support in increasing service retention and customer loyalty.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience (freshers can apply).
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
