Job Summary:



We are looking for a

Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) - Sales

to manage walk-in and inbound customers, promote vehicle sales, and ensure excellent customer service throughout the buying journey. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, sales aptitude, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet walk-in customers and understand their vehicle needs and preferences. Provide information on vehicle models, variants, features, pricing, and finance options. Guide customers through the test drive, booking, documentation, and delivery process. Maintain and update the dealership CRM with customer details, follow-ups, and interactions. Follow up on leads generated through digital campaigns, referrals, or inbound calls. Coordinate with sales consultants and team members to ensure smooth vehicle delivery. Maintain regular contact with existing customers for feedback, upselling, or repeat purchases. Assist in organizing promotional activities, showroom events, and test drive campaigns. Resolve customer queries or escalate issues to higher management as needed. Achieve monthly targets for customer follow-ups, appointments, and satisfaction scores.

Requirements:



Minimum [1-3] years of experience in sales or customer relations, preferably in the

automobile industry

. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently. Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.

Preferred Skills:



Knowledge of automotive brands, models, and basic technical features. Ability to handle objections and convert inquiries into sales leads. Basic understanding of vehicle financing and insurance procedures. Local language proficiency (as per region) and English.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
