Job description:
1. Handling entire cycle of collection
2. Working on all types of documentation & agreements
3. Managing possession activities
4. Assisting for Loan requirements
5. Coordinating with Sales & Post possession department on regular basis
6. Coordinating with banks for loan procedures
7. Making welcome Calls & letters/mails
8. To be one point of contact for customer post booking till possession, herby ensuring customer centric experience
9. Generate and send Demand Letters to respective customers
10. Maintain Customer progress data, and follow up data
11. Follow up with documentation for timely delivery of each customers Agreement/ SD/ REG/ NOC/ROC etc
12. Ensure NO DELAY for receipt of payment / generate demand Customer.
13. Maintain all customers data in Software
