Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management:
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
Office Administration:
Assist in day-to-day office operations and maintain office supplies.
Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation.
Communication and Coordination:
Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
Basic Computer Tasks:
Use MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.
Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
Education:
Any degree.
Experience:
1 year of relevant experience (preferred).
Skills:
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Customer-focused with a proactive attitude.
