. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for providing excellent service, promoting vehicle sales, and maintaining long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and attend to walk-in customers at the showroom.
Understand customer needs and explain available vehicle models, features, and offers.
Assist customers in vehicle selection, test drives, and completing the purchase process.
Coordinate with the sales and finance teams to ensure smooth transactions.
Maintain showroom hygiene and proper display of vehicles and promotional materials.
Follow up with leads and inquiries via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
Keep accurate records of customer data and feedback.
Achieve monthly sales and customer service targets.
Ensure timely delivery and post-sale follow-up to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: Plus Two / Graduate (any stream).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentable and customer-focused attitude.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Freshers can apply; experience in automobile or retail sales is an added advantage.
Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
Candidates from Calicut and nearby areas preferred.
