We need a proactive and experienced CRE to drive our customer engagement and loyalty strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary relationship owner for an assigned portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and engagement.
Client Retention:
Proactively manage client renewals and work to mitigate churn risks by demonstrating the value and ROI of our offerings.
Strategic Planning:
Understand client objectives and develop strategies to ensure those objectives are met using our products/services.
Upselling & Cross-selling:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, collaborating with the Sales team to expand our footprint.
Issue Resolution:
Act as a central escalation point for critical client issues, coordinating internal resources (e.g., Technical Support, Product team) to deliver timely and effective solutions.
Reporting & Feedback:
Track key account metrics (e.g., satisfaction, usage, renewal rates) and deliver regular client health reports. Provide valuable client feedback to internal product and marketing teams.
