Job Summary:

We are looking for a well-spoken, customer-focused

female Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

to manage front office operations, customer handling, and follow-ups. The ideal candidate should be presentable, courteous, and comfortable interacting with walk-in customers and over phone/email.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and attend to customers visiting the showroom in a warm and professional manner. Handle incoming calls and queries related to vehicle sales, service appointments, etc. Assist the sales and service teams with customer coordination and appointment scheduling. Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system. Follow up with customers for feedback, documentation, service reminders, and relationship management. Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the dealership interaction. Support front desk activities including documentation, billing, and basic admin tasks.
