Job Description

We are looking for a smart, polite, and enthusiastic

Female Telecaller to handle customer calls, follow up with leads, and support the sales and service team in achieving monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Share product details, offers, and service reminders. Follow up on inquiries and generate leads for test rides or showroom visits. Maintain call records and customer databases. Handle customer queries politely and professionally. Coordinate with the sales and service team for follow-ups and feedback.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: 10+2 or Graduate. Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and local language. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / CRM). Pleasant voice and positive attitude. Experience in automobile or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
