Proficiency in overseeing the entire order process from initiation to fulfilment.
Ability to track inventory levels to ensure timely order fulfilment and prevent stock-outs.
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage customer orders and inquiries effectively.
Effective communication with customer's and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Managing multiple orders simultaneously and prioritising based on urgency and customer requirements.
Capacity to identify and resolve issues related to orders, such as delays, discrepancies, or product availability
Experience:
Previous experience in supply chain will be added advantage
