CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities:



Handle customer inquiries related to furniture products, pricing, and orders. Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and communication. Manage order processing, documentation, and coordination with production and dispatch teams. Resolve customer complaints professionally and provide timely solutions. Keep records of customer interactions, orders, and feedback. Assist customers with product selection, customization, and service-related queries. Ensure customer satisfaction and support post-sales services. Coordinate with internal teams for on-time delivery and updates.

Key Skills Required:



Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of furniture materials (wood, plywood, veneer, laminates, etc.) is an advantage Good email drafting and client-handling skills Ability to handle calls and follow-ups Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, etc.) Problem-solving and customer service mindset
