Minimum 1 year in the automobile industry (service or customer-facing roles)
Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and service appointments professionally.
Maintain follow-up calls for feedback, reminders, and service updates.
Coordinate between customers and the workshop team to ensure timely delivery.
Manage customer complaints and escalate issues as needed.
Maintain service records and ensure documentation is up to date.
Support CRM campaigns and customer engagement activities.
Requirements:
Experience:
Prior experience in the automobile sector is
mandatory
(service center experience preferred).
Personality:
Courteous, professional, and well-groomed.
Availability:
Immediate joiners preferred.
