Customer Relation Executive cum Receptionist
to be the face and voice of our company. As a key point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will handle front-desk operations and assist with customer communication and coordination. The ideal candidate should be fluent in
Hindi, English, and Malayalam
, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and maintaining client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist all walk-in visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner
Manage front-desk operations including handling incoming phone calls, emails, and courier services
Maintain visitor logs, appointment schedules, and front-desk documentation
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Service, Accounts, etc.) to resolve customer issues
Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems
Conduct regular follow-ups with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
Help with documentation, quotations, and basic support to the sales and service teams
Required Skills and Qualifications:
