We are looking for a dynamic and responsible
CRE cum Office Admin
to handle customer interactions and ensure smooth office administration. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-friendly approach, and the ability to manage day-to-day office operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for customers (calls, emails, and walk-ins).
Handle inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve customer concerns.
Maintain and update customer records in the database/CRM system.
Support the sales/service team in follow-ups with leads and clients.
Manage front office activities including calls, correspondence, and visitor management.
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating office activities.
Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
Provide administrative support to management as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
1-3 years of experience in customer service/office administration.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently.
Positive attitude, problem-solving ability, and customer-centric mindset.
