Key Responsibilities:Customer Service:
Greet and assist customers at the service reception with warmth and professionalism.
Understand customer concerns and ensure accurate communication to the technical advisor or workshop team.
Provide real-time updates on service status, delivery timing, and cost estimates.
Appointment Management:
Handle service bookings via calls, messages, and walk-ins.
Maintain the daily service calendar to ensure smooth workshop load distribution.
Ensure appointment reminders and confirmations are shared with customers in advance.
Feedback & Relationship Building:
Conduct follow-up calls post service and capture customer feedback.
Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Take proactive steps to resolve customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues.
Documentation & Reporting:
Ensure all job cards are filled properly and signed.
Maintain digital and physical records of service history and repeat complaints.
Share daily reports on service visits, feedback, and complaint resolution with management.
Coordination:
Collaborate with the workshop, parts, and billing departments for smooth service flow.
Assist with insurance claim processes and warranty procedures, when required.
Support customer queries regarding service estimates and timelines.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Female candidates only (as per role requirement for front office & customer interface).
Minimum Graduate (Hospitality / Customer Service / Auto background preferred).
1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role (automotive service preferred).
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Confident personality with a strong sense of ownership.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, DMS/CRM tools preferred.
