1. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
2. Operate the crane controls, monitor and adjust the crane's movement, and drive the crane to the worksite
3. Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle as per the machine check list.
4. Communication: Work with supervisors and ground crews, and take and pass messages
5. Documentation: Fill out service requests and document completed tasks.
