We are hiring a highly experienced Crane Electrical Incharge to lead electrical activities for Potroom Maintenance in a smelter plant. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in PTM systems, insulated cranes, EOT cranes, VFDs, PLCs, and industrial automation systems, with a firm commitment to Zero Harm, Zero Waste, and Zero Discharge principles.
Mandatory Skills :

Strong expertise in PTM Electrical systems, DSL, cranes (auxiliary & EOT), lighting circuits, VFD, UPS, motors.

Hands-on experience with Rockwell/AB/ABB automation systems.

Ability to manage reactive, preventive, proactive & predictive maintenance.

Electrical fault diagnosis - PLC, MCC, VFD, communication systems.

Maintenance planning, manpower management, and emergency handling.

SAP maintenance module knowledge.

Strong understanding of HSE, 5S, Kaizen, and AO methodologies.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead electrical maintenance for PTM, cranes, VFDs, UPS, and automation systems.

Ensure Zero Harm, Zero Waste, Zero Discharge with full HSE & 5S compliance.

Execute preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance to achieve KPIs and MTBF targets.

Perform PLC, MCC, and control system fault diagnostics and ensure quick restoration.

Prepare & update SMPs, JSAs, electrical drawings, and maintenance documentation.

Ensure 100% SAP compliance, spares planning, and timely execution of maintenance tasks.

Drive Kaizen, AO, and VSAP improvement initiatives.

Conduct RCA/FMEA for major breakdowns and implement CAPA.

Train and guide the electrical maintenance team for productivity and safety.

Provide 24x7 support for emergency maintenance situations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,016,290.97 - ₹1,571,750.54 per year
