Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out civil works such as concreting, masonry, shuttering, plastering, and finishing. Assist in the fabrication, installation, and repair of civil/structural works at project sites. Read and follow basic engineering drawings, site instructions, and layouts. Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good working condition. Ensure adherence to quality standards, site safety rules, and company policies. Support engineers and supervisors in day-to-day site execution. Perform measurement, cutting, mixing, and leveling tasks as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

ITI / Diploma / Trade certificate in Civil or related field. 1-2 years of experience as a Civil Craftsman or site technician. Hands-on skills in masonry, concreting, shuttering, plastering, and related works. Basic knowledge of construction drawings and measurement. Physically fit, safety-conscious, and team-oriented. Willingness to work at project sites.
