About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented

Craft Production Assistant

to support our production process for handmade and customized products. This role involves hands-on crafting, material preparation, and helping ensure products meet our quality standards. If you enjoy working with your hands, are creative, and have a keen eye for detail, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in crafting and assembling handmade products. Prepare materials including sanding, painting, cutting, gluing, and finishing. Follow design specifications and production guidelines. Conduct quality checks on completed items before packaging. Organize and manage craft supplies and tools efficiently. Help with order fulfillment and packaging of products for shipping. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:

Basic crafting skills and manual dexterity. Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics. Ability to work independently and follow instructions. Time management skills to meet production deadlines. Willingness to learn new techniques and tools.
