to manage and grow client relationships in the scrip trading domain, specifically involving
RODTEP, ROSCTL, MEIS, SEIS
and other DGFT-related incentives. The candidate will act as the key point of contact for exporters, importers, and buyers of duty credit licenses.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain relationships with existing clients (exporters/importers).
Explain and guide clients about RODTEP, ROSCTL, and other scrips.
Coordinate for scrip purchases/sales, rates, and documentation.
Follow up with clients for documents like shipping bills, e-BRCs, etc.
Work closely with the accounts and DGFT liaison teams for smooth processing.
Ensure timely communication, updates, and resolution of client issues.
Maintain client database and update CRM software.
Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails professionally.
Requirements:
Graduate in Commerce, Business, or related field.
2+ years of experience in telecalling, client servicing, or scrip trading (preferred).
Basic understanding of DGFT schemes like RODTEP, ROSCTL, MEIS.
Good communication and interpersonal skills (English + regional language).
Proficiency in MS Excel and email correspondence.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in working with export clients or duty credit licenses.
Ability to handle pressure and achieve relationship/sales targets.
Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
