in our ethanol manufacturing unit. The role involves monitoring treatment processes, maintaining water quality standards, and ensuring environmental compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor
CPU and ETP systems
as per SOPs
Monitor pH, TDS, COD, BOD, and other water quality parameters
Ensure smooth functioning of pumps, blowers, filters, and dosing systems
Maintain log books, records, and daily operational data
Handle chemicals safely for water and effluent treatment
Identify and report any abnormalities or system faults
Coordinate with the Chemist, Safety Officer, and Maintenance team
Ensure compliance with pollution control board and environmental norms
Maintain cleanliness and safety in CPU / ETP area
Education & Qualification:
ITI / Diploma
(Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical / Environmental preferred)
Basic knowledge of water & effluent treatment processes
Experience in CPU / ETP operation in manufacturing or ethanol plant preferred
Experience Required:
1-3 years
experience as CPU / ETP Operator
Freshers with relevant training may also be considered
Required Skills:
Understanding of ETP & water treatment processes
Basic mechanical and operational troubleshooting skills
Ability to work in shifts
Awareness of safety and environmental practices
Good record-keeping and reporting skills
Salary:
?20,000 - ?30,000 per month
