Key Responsibilities:

Handle HNI customer calls and provide accurate information. Make outbound and cold calls for lead generation. Manage CPRM (Customer Portfolio Relationship Management) activities. Follow up with customers for queries, services, and appointments. Maintain call logs and update customer details in the system. Support demand generation and achieve daily/weekly calling targets.

Requirements:

1-3 years experience in HNI customer handling. Strong English communication skills (spoken & written). Basic MS Excel knowledge. Experience in telecalling, lead generation, and outbound calling. Good listening, convincing, and customer service skills.
