Job description Profile: Medical Coder Job Type: Permanent(On-site) Required experience: Min. 1 year *Roles and Responsibilities: -

Handle the daytoday operations of the Coding
Assign diagnosis and procedure codes for the patient charts
Conduct audits and coding reviews to ensure all documentation is accurate and precise
Collaborate with billing department to ensure all bills are satisfied in a timely manner
Ensure 95% quality on production
Adherence to the company\'s Coding Compliance policy/plan internal and External (clients)
To improve the performance based on the feedback provided by the reporting manager
Must be proficient in both CPT/ HCPCS and ICD10 Coding Should able to read providers handwritten notes
Should be flexible to work on multiple specialties
Should have experience working in both inpatient, surgical and outpatient E/M Coding
Should have knowledge in Surgery, Gynecology & anesthesia coding
Excellent in typing speed and accuracy
Excellent verbal & written communication
CPC Certified
