Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop and manage relationships with advertisers, affiliates, and publishers for CPA campaigns. Negotiate deals, rates, and payout structures to ensure profitability. Monitor campaign performance and optimize to achieve target ROI. Analyze data and generate performance reports for internal and client review. Collaborate with marketing and tech teams to resolve tracking or campaign issues. Identify new business opportunities and onboard potential partners. Ensure compliance with all campaign terms and traffic quality standards.

Key Skills & Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing or CPA sales (digital marketing domain preferred).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
