Job Summary:

The candidate will be responsible for managing Linux-based hosting servers, handling cPanel/WHM configurations, troubleshooting hosting issues, and ensuring smooth website performance for Australian projects. The role requires strong technical expertise and the ability to work in early morning shift hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain cPanel/WHM hosting servers Create and manage hosting accounts, domains, email accounts, and databases Configure and troubleshoot DNS, SSL certificates, and email delivery issues Handle website migrations and server transfers Monitor server uptime, performance, and security Perform backups and restoration activities Troubleshoot website errors, server downtime, and resource-related issues Work closely with development team for deployment and hosting setup Ensure server security (firewall setup, malware scanning, updates) Provide technical support for Australian clients

Technical Skills Required:

Strong hands-on experience with

cPanel & WHM

Good knowledge of

Linux Server Administration

Experience with

Apache/Nginx, MySQL, PHP configurations

Knowledge of

DNS management and propagation

SSL installation and troubleshooting experience Understanding of FTP, SSH, Cron Jobs Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.) preferred Familiarity with WHMCS added advantage Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Experience Required:

02+ years of experience in Web Hosting / Server Administration Experience handling live production servers Ability to work independently and handle client issues confidently

Additional Requirements:

Comfortable working in

5:00 AM to 2:30 PM shift (Monday to Friday)

Work from Office - Ambawadi, Ahmedabad location Good communication skills (as interaction with Australian clients may be required)

Commitment:

1-year mandatory working commitment required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?65,000.00 per month
