About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled

CP4I Integration Specialist

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with

IBM Cloud Pak for Integration (CP4I)

components, including

App Connect Enterprise (ACE), API Connect, MQ, and Event Streams

. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions that enable seamless connectivity across applications and systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement integration solutions using IBM CP4I components (ACE, API Connect, MQ, Event Streams, etc.). Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective integration workflows. Develop, deploy, and manage APIs and integration flows within

Kubernetes/OpenShift

environments. Monitor, maintain, and optimize integrations for performance, scalability, and reliability. Ensure all solutions adhere to

security, governance, and compliance standards

. Troubleshoot integration issues and perform root cause analysis. Create and maintain technical documentation for integration flows, APIs, and related components.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

.

5+ years of experience

in integration development, preferably with IBM technologies. Strong expertise in

IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE), API Connect, IBM MQ, and Event Streams

. Hands-on experience working in

containerized environments (OpenShift/Kubernetes)

. Solid understanding of integration patterns (

REST, SOAP, messaging, events

). Knowledge of

DevOps practices

and

CI/CD pipelines

. Familiarity with API security standards (

OAuth, JWT, etc.

). Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
