Job Description

We are looking for an experienced CP Sourcing Manager to drive channel partner acquisition and maintain strong relationships with external real estate brokers. The role involves building a high-performing CP network, ensuring consistent lead flow, and supporting sales targets for Harico Estates.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, onboard, and activate new channel partners across designated micro-markets Maintain strong relationships with existing CPs to ensure continuous engagement Conduct regular site visits, project briefings, and CP meets Track CP performance and ensure timely submission of lead reports Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for offers, pricing updates, and project information Ensure CPs adhere to brand standards and sales processes Support pre-launch and launch activities with CP outreach Monitor competitor CP networks and market movements
Requirements:

Minimum 2-5 years of real estate CP sourcing experience Strong network of active channel partners in Pune Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Knowledge of mid-segment and premium residential markets is preferred
