Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced
Marketing Manager
with a strong background in
Channel Partner (CP) engagement
and
Outdoor Marketing execution
. This role plays a critical part in expanding our market presence through on-ground branding strategies, CP network development, and cost-effective campaign management. The ideal candidate will lead marketing initiatives that directly drive sales, improve brand visibility, and strengthen stakeholder partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Partner (CP) Marketing
:
Develop and manage marketing strategies specifically for channel partners.
Build and maintain strong CP relationships through regular engagement, events, and incentive-driven campaigns.
Create marketing toolkits and promotional materials for CP support and ensure consistent communication flow.
Outdoor Marketing
:
Strategize and execute all outdoor marketing activities including hoardings, banners, site branding, and event-related displays.
Coordinate with vendors for timely setup, quality checks, and maintenance of physical marketing assets.
Identify high-visibility locations and negotiate placements to maximize impact.
Campaign Management
:
Plan and manage marketing budgets effectively to ensure optimum ROI.
Run integrated offline and online marketing campaigns in sync with project launch timelines.
Creative Briefing & Execution
:
Draft and refine detailed creative briefs aligned with brand guidelines and project goals.
Work closely with internal teams and external agencies for campaign creation and deployment.
Vendor & Agency Coordination
:
Identify, onboard, and manage outdoor vendors and marketing agencies.
Ensure timelines, budgets, and brand standards are consistently met.
Customer Acquisition & Analytics
:
Analyze performance of all campaigns to reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
Leverage insights to improve future strategies and execution plans.
Cross-functional Collaboration
:
Collaborate with the sales, design, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Market Awareness & Innovation
:
Stay updated on real estate marketing trends and continuously suggest new ideas to enhance brand outreach.
Desired Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate
Proven experience in
channel partner management
and
outdoor/offline marketing
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, campaigns, and vendors simultaneously
Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, SEO, PPC is a plus
Data-driven mindset with knowledge of marketing performance tools
Real estate industry experience preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
