Position Overview
We are looking for a BDM / CP Manager with 2-3 years of experience in real estate business development or client relationship management. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by managing channel partner (CP) relationships, coordinating site visits, and converting leads into successful bookings. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-driven, and skilled in communication and negotiation.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners (CP).
Conduct site visits and coordinate bookings.
Achieve sales targets through CP leads and collaborations.
Handle client queries and support them during the pre-booking process.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and client satisfaction.
Requirements
2-3 years' experience in real estate business development or client relationship management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Sound knowledge of real estate projects, processes, and market trends.
Target-driven, proactive, and result-oriented.
Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
Skills Required
Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to analyze client needs and provide effective solutions.
Coordination and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
