Review of Spares availability / resources for the P.M.
Review of all breakdown in Electrical & Instrumentation.
Review of the Planned maintenance & other activities in the plan
Review of the Target status, Maintenance inventory, incoming material quality & developments.
Training to the concerned employees for handling problem / breakdown.
Support in maintain maintenance parameter & budget
Department budget & MIS preparation
Department capex and new requirement review.
New development
Control all parameter of Dept. goal & action review as and when required
