We are seeking a motivated and results-driven

Telesales Executive

to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, and closing sales deals over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers. Promote and sell products/services over the phone. Understand customer needs and requirements. Answer questions about products or the company. Follow up on leads and convert them into sales. Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in the CRM system. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets. Handle customer objections effectively and professionally.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months to 2 years of telesales or telecalling experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of meeting sales targets. Fluency in [English/Hindi/Regional Language as per role requirement]. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.). Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Preferred:

Experience in B2C/B2B sales. Experience in [industry-specific, e.g., insurance, education, fintech, etc.].
