We are hiring Customer Care Executives for our International Voice Process. The role includes handling calls from US customers, resolving queries, and providing excellent customer support.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound calls professionally
Provide accurate information to customers
Resolve queries and ensure customer satisfaction
Update customer records in the system
Follow company communication and quality standards
Requirements:
Good English communication skills
Experience in international voice calling preferred
Ability to work in US night shift
Basic computer and typing skills
