We are looking for a highly motivated and goal-oriented
Course Sales Executive
to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our share market training programs to prospective customers. This is a
target-based sales role
, ideal for someone who thrives on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell share market courses to potential clients through calls, meetings, and digital platforms.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate courses.
Follow up on leads provided by the company and also generate self-leads through networking, cold calling, or social media.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain records of customer interactions and sales pipeline in CRM.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and events to generate leads.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales (preferably in education, training, or financial services).
Strong interest or basic understanding of the stock market / share market concepts.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Target-driven attitude with a passion for achieving sales goals.
Self-motivated, confident, and resilient.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
