Role & Responsibilities
Promote and sell Wed Mandap's Certified Event Partner training courses.
Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and online leads to convert into enrollments.
Counsel prospective students about the course benefits, career growth, and opportunities.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Maintain strong relationships with students and provide guidance throughout the enrollment process.
Work with the marketing team to generate leads and implement sales strategies.
Requirements
Experience:
1-4 years in sales, preferably in EdTech, training, or service sales.
Strong communication & persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Target-driven mindset with a passion for career growth.
Immediate joiner preferred.
