Our Jaipur branch is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
Course Counselor
to handle student admissions, career guidance, and sales conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Attend walk-in and telephonic inquiries for various creative and IT courses.
Counsel students and parents on course details, duration, fees, and career outcomes.
Achieve admission and revenue targets for monthly and quarterly cycles.
Manage follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and email to convert inquiries into admissions.
Maintain accurate records of leads and conversions in CRM or Excel trackers.
Coordinate with faculty and academic managers for demo classes and student queries.
Participate in marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities as required.
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a professional environment within the center.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline with strong communication and presentation skills.
Prior experience in
education counseling, inside sales, or tele-counseling
is preferred.
Confident, persuasive, and target-driven approach.
Ability to guide students in choosing the right career path.
Proficiency in English and Hindi is required.
Should be punctual, organized, and committed to achieving results.
