Job Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents about courses, career paths, and job opportunities Handle inbound and outbound tele-calling for student enquiries and follow-ups Convert enquiries into admissions through effective counseling Maintain student enquiry records and follow-up status Coordinate with academic and operations teams Participate in admission drives, walk-ins, and promotional activities Achieve monthly admission targets (incentives linked to performance)
Eligibility Criteria

Any Graduate (BA / BSc / BCom / BBA / BCA / Any Degree) Good communication skills in Malayalam & basic English Confident in tele-calling and student interaction Presentable, patient, and career-oriented attitude Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel preferred)
