Manage inbound/outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
Convert leads into admissions by explaining course benefits and outcomes.
Follow up with potential students to ensure monthly admission targets are met.
Maintain accurate student records and update CRM systems regularly.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be fluent in
Telugu, Hindi, and English
.
Target-oriented mindset with strong persuasion skills.
Prior experience in counselling, sales, or education sector preferred.
